| Texas Instruments에서는 한국 서울에서 회로 설계 부서를 인솔할 매니저를 찾고 있습니다. 매니저로서 휴대기기를 위한 DC/DC Converter를 개발할 회로 설계 부서를 구성하고 인솔하는 임무를 책임지게 됩니다.

2. 업무 내용
- 세계적인 설계/시스템 엔지니어링 재원과 협력하여 설계 프로젝트 수행
- 다른 Power Management 설계 부서에 기술 이전 지원
- Product/Test 엔지니어링 부서와 협력하여 제품의 특성 평가와 출시를 추진
3. 지원 자격
- Analog와 Mixed-Signal 집적 회로 설계 경력 5년 이상
- DC/DC converter, Power Management 설계 경력자 우대
4. 직무 기술 요건
- 견실한 기술 프로젝트 관리 지식
- 프로젝트 부서를 인솔한 경험 (프로젝트 리더나 부서 관리자 경험 우대)
- 최신 설계 흐름과 EDA Tool에 정통
- 해외 근무 동료, 고객과의 원활한 의사 소통을 위한 능숙한 영어, 한국어 회화 구사
- 다국적 위치에 소재한 부서와 협력하는데 필요한 뛰어난 의사 소통 능력

Design Engineering Supervisor Seoul, Korea
We are seeking a Design Engineering Supervisor to lead our team in Seoul, Korea.
This role is responsible for establishing and leading a team of circuit design engineers developing DC/DC converter for portable equipment.
Job responsibilities will include executing design projects in cooperation with global design and system engineering resources; providing mentoring for new team members, support easy transfer of knowledge and projects with other power management design teams as well as work with product and test engineering teams to drive products through characterization and release to market.
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of professional experience in the design of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits, preferably in DC/DC converter and/or other power management applications; a solid knowledge of technical project management; proven record of assuming a lead design role in past projects; familiarity with state of the art design flows and EDA tools; experience with people management, e.g. as project leader or team supervisor; Fluency in English and Korean language, both spoken and written, for communicating with overseas colleagues and customers; excellent inter-personal communication skills for working in teams with multiple nationalities and potentially multiple locations.
