7. 내용요약 :

Understanding the critical factors for growing spin-capable multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) will allow one to obtain a reproducible growth process and provide a bigger benefit to potential applications for the CNT sheets and yarns. In this talk we show that the spinning capability of the forests strongly depends on the anneal time of the as-deposited Fe film and the sheet resistance (or thickness) of the Fe films used. Synthesizing nanostructured materials having high specific capacitances as energy storage devices and high sensitive strain sensors using MWCNTs sheet will be presented.
