Using high-speed carrier transfer pixel structure, so-called the draining only modulation (DOM) pixel, sub-nanosecond time-resolved imaging is possible. This highly time-resolved imaging technique is useful for biological imaging with fluorescent lifetime. Experimental results of the fluorescent lifetime imaging applied for living cells are shown. For highly amplitude-resolved image sensors, we have developed very low-noise wide dynamic range column parallel A/D Conversion techniques. The column-parallel folding integration/cyclic A/D converter has a resolution of maximally 18bits and the very low noise level of less than 1 electron. ※ 주최 : BK21 정보기술연구인력양성사업단, IT대학 ◀ 문의처 : BK21정보기술연구인력양성사업단 ☎ 950-6613 ▶ |
