1. 채용분야
▶ Quality Control Assistant Engineer
► Customer quality assurance
-Take OEM quality problem, Notice quality information, Analyze quality problem and Get responsible for Quality improvement, Presentation follow-up and 4M change management.
-Warranty
-Monitor A/S quality problem, Notice information, Analyze problem, Follow up quality improvement activities (including NTF problem), reclaim suppliers-responsible problem and manage claim-negotiation in order to implement customer satisfaction.
► Customer Countermove
-Visit customer, Share quality information, Search for solution and Collect OEM/Warranty failed product.
► Quality Improvement Activities
-Planning to hold quality regular meeting/workshop, Set up quality improvement plan/target, Conduct process/product audit, apply quality system(TS/QS, AQIS, PM..) to SVH and Manage quality data / recovery plan in order to bring quality mind/system innovation.
▶Test Engineer in Manufacturing
-Electronics / Mechatronics majored
-Planning, implementing and installing test equipment hardware and software
-Developing test equipment using hard- and software standards
-Doing capability studies, measurement system analysis (MSA) and tester HW/SW verification
-Planning & creating the test matrix
-Definition of test methods, criteria and parameters of test system
-Monitoring and meeting quality tasks and targets
▶ Manufacturing Engineer
-Electronics / Mechatronics majored
-Draw out the feasibility study of new projects.
-Build the development plan of new projects and preparation of production.
-Manage the documents of production.
-Develop and implement new technologies
-Analyze and improve the productivity
-Process Control( Daily equipment check, line audit, FPY, Process PPAP, etc)
-Change Management(4M,etc)
-Manage equipment and gauge
-Draw out and implement the quality improvement plan
-Quality activities( quality audit, education, etc)
▶ Business Development
- Electronics or Mechanical Engineering majored
- New Business Acquisition Plan set up and continuously follows up
- Prepare Quotation and Participate Bidding for New Business Acquisition
- Coordinating Feasibility study for new business
- Negotiation for Parts Price with Customer and follow-up the related whole things
- Establish and Arrangement Sales Forecast and Business Plan
