1.    JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

·             Actively participate in NPD (New Product Development) team

·             Develop semiconductor test plans that enable high volume\low cost solutions including the project tasks, schedule, and budget expectations.

·             Work with Design teams to define testability requirements to ensure controllability and observability needs are met to support characterization and manufacturing test.

·             Utilize ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to validate new product designs.

·             Develop test programs, analyze data results, and generate supporting documentation.

·             Work with diverse teams worldwide in multiple functional roles to plan out projects, debug new silicon, and support production ramps and production problems.

·             Work closely with the manufacturing sites to ensure production hardware solutions and programs are released within the expected delivery dates.

·             Manage the design, fabrication, and debug of PCB hardware that will be used during product validation. This includes schematic generation, component selection, and PCB layout review.

2.    REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

·             Possess a bachelor's degree (with 3+ years of relevant experience) or master's degree in Electrical Engineering

·             Candidate must be familiar with basic electrical circuit analysis and fabrication in CMOS technology.

·             Fundamentals knowledge in electrical test and Semiconductor test methodology.

·             Experience or Knowledge of Semiconductor ATE/Test Machine.

·             Strong problem-solving skills in team environment.

·             Good communication skills in English.

·             Experience with C\C++ programming techniques desired.

·             Familiar with PCB development software tools such as PADS and OrCAD/Allegro.

·             It would be advantage to have experience of Eagle test platform: ETS300, ETS364 & ETS88 testers.
