▶ 내용요약｜
Biosensors are devices that can detect and/or quantify biomolecules of interest. Biosensors have potential applications in virtually all areas of human healthcare, and are the most important part for U-healthcare. Although hundreds of biosensors have been developed and reported in the scientific literature, there still is very little use of such devices in practice. Especially for applications of biosensors for U-healthcare, more technological improvements should be made in biochemical methodologies, electronics, and chemical approaches to surface modification. In this presentation, we will introduce the biosensors for U-healthcare applications and present the methodologies to overcome the weaknesses inherent in current biosensor designs.
