7. 내용요약 :
Study of quantum interference effects in solid state micro and nano devices is one of the most interesting field of the contemporary condense matter physics. Just due to these investigations a lot of novel quantum macroscopic phenomena such as weak localization and antilocalization, Aharonov-Bohm effect, ballistic conductance quantization, universal mesoscopic conductance fluctuations and many others were advanced in the last 30 years. One should note that all these studies have become possible largely owing to the power development of a semiconductor high technology and a low temperature technique. The first one allowed to fabricate solid state devices of any necessary configuration with characteristic size up to few nanometers and the second one gave the possibility to perform experiments at very low temperatures (bellow 1 K) in fact at almost every university of any developed country. And now one might say that because of the indicated advantages physicists have got the whole set of very attractive electronic toys to play with electron interference as well as with photon interference. And in my talk I tell about simplest and respectively the deepest kinds of these electron interference games.
